Compatibility and Browser support
VidiPulse is designed to work with modern browsers and operating systems, on desktop and mobile.
Desktop Support
Vidipulse works with web browsers on most desktop operating systems, including Windows, Apple and Linux.
Supported web browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari (Mac only)
- Opera
You will always have the best experience using the most up to date browser possible. We recommend using
Google Chrome.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is currently not supported.
VidiPulse works best on monitors with a resolution of 1024×768 or greater.
Mobile Support
VidiPulse supports modern browsers on most mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android.
On iPhone, VidiPulse requires iOS 10 or greater, to support inline video playback.
Some iOS apps do not enable inline video playback support, and VidiPulse will not play correctly in
them.
App developers can change this behavior and add inline video support by using the allowsInlineMediaPlayback property.
On Android, VidiPulse may not work properly with vendor-specific old browsers.
Security systems, ad blockers, script blockers, etc.
If a security system, adblocker or other component which blocks communication, JavaScript execution or similar functionality is installed, or if some of the browser functionality is disabled VidiPulse may not work properly or may not load at all.
